About Us

Hi, I am Peter Leon, the founder and operator of Red Lion BBQ. Before changing careers, I spent many years all over the world, establishing and directing manufacturing operations. Cooking was then and is today my passion. As such, I decided to launch a new venture (Red Lion BBQ). In reality, my family actually are the ones who motivated me to “do my thing”, as I had spent over 40 years BBQing for them and friends. I have received all the support from my beautiful wife Karen and 3 beautiful kids. Today, I enjoy cooking alongside my youngest son (Peter) who is my partner in the kitchen. Our mission is to provide you with quality BBQ Meats that are out of this world. We look forward to your support and serving you our great Texas Style BBQ – we know you will love it.
