Nova Luna Yoga and Wellness

Nova Luna Yoga and Wellness is a space for our community to share the practice of yoga and to build upon our collective wellbeing. Our dream is to cultivate and nurture a safe container where people feel like they are coming home to themselves. We warmly welcome all who are seeking physical, emotional, or spiritual wellbeing through the somatic embodiment of their personal practice. It is our ultimate hope that this beautiful community benefits from the sharing of the different tools and modalities offered here, and that through this sharing, we all feel more connected to each other, to our higher selves, and to the divine, in whatever way is meaningful to each of us as individuals.

Whether you are here for a workout or for the deepening of your practice, we hope you discover we are more than “just a yoga studio.” We are interconnected individuals, who co-create a loving and supportive home where we celebrate each other and allow everyone the grace to show up authentically in service of the true spirit of yoga.
