Our founder, Merle Nethercutt Norman, could hardly have imagined the empire that she began building back in 1931 in Santa Monica, California.

Merle Norman Cosmetic Studios are the lifeblood of the company. Each is independently owned and operated by women (and men) who share a passion for inspiring people to become the best version of themselves – whether through skincare, cosmetics or the many services Studios offer.
