Scott Guli is the Executive and Corporate Chef

at Garden City Cafe.  He began his journey as a chef

by learning from his father who owned

several restaurants in Greenwich Village,

New York and Oceanside, Long Island.  He has

been cooking for 38 years at restaurants such a

s Carmine’s Gourmet Market, Coal Fire Pizza,

CG Burgers, Noche Nightclub, and

Carmine’s Ocean Grill.  

Scott butchers meats and filets fish

by hand.  In the kitchen, he adds

a unique, nouveau twist to each of

his dishes ensuring unique flavors.  

He prides himself on quality,

consistency, and pristine service.  Lobster

is imported fresh daily from Maine.

Mon-Thurs 8am-8pm

Fri-Sat 8am 9pm

Sunday 8am-2pm
